Account Registration
Eligibility
- Age and legal capacity: You may register and use an Account only if you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you. You must not use the Website if you are under 18 or below any higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
- Local law compliance: The Operator is licensed in Curaçao and does not hold an Australian gambling licence. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), it may be unlawful for the Operator to offer interactive gambling services to persons in Australia, and the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) may order Australian internet service providers to block access to the Website. By using the Website from Australia, you acknowledge that:
- the services are provided from outside Australia;
- you may have limited or no recourse to Australian regulators, ombudsmen or courts in relation to your gambling on the Website; and
- you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful under the laws that apply to you.
- One account per person: You may register only one Account. Multiple Accounts, including using different email addresses or identities, are strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds or Bonuses.
Registration Process and KYC
- Registration data: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least your email address, password, country of residence, and any other details requested by the Operator. You warrant that all information is truthful, accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or phone number (if requested) by following verification links or codes before granting full access to the Account.
- Identity verification (KYC): At any time (and in particular prior to processing withdrawals, upon cumulative deposits reaching internal thresholds, or where suspicious activity is detected), the Operator may request:
- government-issued photo ID;
- proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
- proof of ownership of payment methods used; and
- source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation.
User Obligations and Security
- Login details: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not allow any third party to access your Account or use your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed carried out by you.
- Security measures: You should use strong passwords, log out after each session, and notify the Operator immediately via the Website's support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach. The Operator may require you to change your password or apply additional security measures.
- Accuracy of information: You must promptly update any outdated or incorrect personal information in your Account profile. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information (including misrepresenting your age or location) constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via live chat or other available support channels. The Operator may retain certain information as required by law (including AML/CTF laws) even after Account closure.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay Conditions
- Access to Games: Only registered and logged-in Players with sufficient available balance (real money or eligible bonus funds) may place Bets. Availability of specific Games may vary by jurisdiction and provider.
- Game rules: Each Game is governed by its own rules, paytables, and return to player (RTP) information, as provided by the game supplier and displayed within the Game interface. By placing a Bet on a Game, you confirm that you have read and understood its rules.
- Random number generators (RNGs): Outcomes of most electronic Games are determined by certified RNGs supplied by third-party providers and audited against standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 by independent testing laboratories (e.g., iTech Labs). Certain BGaming titles also use a cryptographic provably-fair system enabling Players to verify individual spins.
Placing Bets, Limits and Validity
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game specifies its minimum and maximum Bet limits. You may not place Bets below or above these limits. The Operator may additionally impose global or Account-specific limits at its discretion, including maximum payout limits.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. If a discrepancy arises between your on-screen balance and the Operator's records, the latter shall prevail.
- Prohibition on third-party funds: You may only place Bets with funds that legally belong to you. Use of corporate cards, payment instruments, or bank accounts registered in someone else's name without proper authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Irrevocability of Bets: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot normally be cancelled or changed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Bet details are correct before confirming.
- Obvious errors: In the event of a technical or human error (including but not limited to misconfigured Game settings, incorrect odds or paytables, or evident software malfunction), the Operator reserves the right to:
- declare affected Bets void;
- reverse or adjust payouts to the correct amount; and/or
- restore the Account to the balance it had prior to the error. In such cases, any winnings derived directly from the error may be cancelled and removed from your balance.
- Malfunction clause: In the event of a Game malfunction or failure of the Operator's systems, all affected Bets and payouts are void. Stakes will be refunded for Bets that did not conclusively resolve before the malfunction, subject to technical verification.
Conduct in Live Casino, Tournaments and Chat
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards other Players and staff in any live casino sessions, chat rooms, or forums. The following is strictly prohibited:
- insults, threats, harassment or abusive language;
- hate speech, discrimination, or incitement of violence;
- sharing personal data of others without consent; and
- spamming, advertising or promoting other services.
- Fair play and integrity: You must not engage in any fraudulent or improper conduct, including:
- collusion with other Players;
- use of automated tools, bots or scripts;
- exploiting software bugs or loopholes;
- multi-accounting or identity fraud; or
- any form of advantage play that undermines the intended operation of Games or Bonuses.
- Network and jurisdictional issues: Access to the Website from Australia may be disrupted due to ACMA-ordered ISP blocks or other regulatory measures. The Operator is not responsible for interruptions caused by such third-party actions, but will take reasonable steps to preserve accurate records of Bets and balances in its systems.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: Bonuses (including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards) may be granted automatically upon deposit, claimed via opt-in checkboxes, or activated using bonus codes. The specific conditions for each promotion are described on the Website and in the dedicated Bonus Terms page at https://bet7bit-au.com/bonus-terms.
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise for a particular promotion, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering may apply to:
- the Bonus amount only;
- the sum of Bonus and deposit; or
- winnings from free spins;
- Bonus balance handling: Until wagering is completed, Bonus Funds and associated winnings may remain restricted. If wagering is not completed within the stipulated period, the Bonus and any related winnings may expire and be removed from your Account.
Prohibited Games, Bets and Actions
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering, or may contribute at a lower percentage (e.g., live dealer games, some table games, certain high RTP slots). The lists of excluded or restricted Games are set out on the Bonus Terms page and may be updated periodically.
- Bet size limitations: While a Bonus is active, there may be a maximum allowed Bet per spin/round. Placing Bets above this limit (including increasing stake by using features such as "double" or similar) may result in Bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
- Abusive strategies: The following actions are considered Bonus abuse and are prohibited:
- placing low-risk or zero-risk Bets to artificially meet wagering requirements;
- hedging Bets by playing both sides of a Game or market;
- delaying Game rounds (e.g., in live casino) and using Bonuses to complete previously delayed rounds;
- transfer of funds between related Accounts or collusive play; and
- any pattern of play that the Operator reasonably deems to be designed primarily to exploit Bonuses rather than to participate in Games fairly.
Combination of Promotions and General Bonus Conditions
- Non-cumulative rule: Unless expressly stated, only one active Bonus or promotion can apply to your Account at any given time. You may not combine or "stack" multiple Bonuses on the same deposit or wagering activity.
- Currency and jurisdiction: Bonus amounts may vary by currency and jurisdiction. The Operator reserves the right to exclude certain countries, including Australia or specific Australian states/territories, from particular promotions where required by legal, regulatory, or risk considerations.
- Discretionary changes: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time, including for individual Players, provided that:
- such changes do not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted and wagered in accordance with published conditions; and
- any material changes are reflected on the Bonus Terms page and, where appropriate, communicated by reasonable means (e.g., on-site notifications).
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Available methods: The Website supports deposits via various payment methods, which may include:
- credit and debit cards;
- e-wallets and instant payment services;
- bank transfers; and
- cryptocurrencies supported in the cashier section.
- Processing entities: Fiat payments may be processed on behalf of Dama N.V. by Friolion Limited (Cyprus, HE 419102) or other appointed processors. Crypto transactions are processed through blockchain networks and relevant payment gateways.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may impose or adjust Account-specific limits (daily, weekly, monthly) for risk management, AML/CTF compliance, or responsible gambling reasons.
- Fees: The Operator endeavours to process deposits without additional fees; however, your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or crypto network may charge fees or apply exchange rates, which are outside the Operator's control.
Withdrawals, Verification and Timeframes
- Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for deposit, where feasible. If this is not possible (e.g., method does not support pay-outs), the Operator may offer alternative methods at its discretion.
- KYC and source of funds: Before processing withdrawals, particularly of significant amounts or cumulative winnings, the Operator may require completion of KYC checks and source-of-funds verification. Failure to comply may result in delayed or refused withdrawals and potential Account suspension.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests promptly. Internal processing typically occurs within a reasonable period (for example, within 24 - 72 hours on Business Days), but may take longer in case of:
- pending verification;
- technical issues or payment provider downtime; or
- compliance reviews or investigations.
- Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits (per transaction, day, week, or month) are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method, Player status, and jurisdiction.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Funds
- Completed Bets: Once a Bet has been placed and resolved, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless explicitly stated in these Terms (e.g., in case of Game malfunction or obvious error).
- Refund policy: The Operator is generally under no obligation to refund deposits or Bets. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., demonstrable technical failure attributable to the Operator's systems), refunds may be considered at the Operator's sole discretion.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid justification is a breach of these Terms. The Operator may:
- immediately suspend or close your Account;
- withhold or confiscate winnings and remaining funds to cover chargeback amounts and associated costs; and
- report the matter to payment providers, credit reference agencies, and relevant authorities.
- Bonus funds on withdrawal: If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, active Bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled in accordance with the specific Bonus Terms. Real money funds not tied to Bonus abuse will normally remain withdrawable, subject to these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Responsibilities
- Service provision: The Operator will provide the Website and Games using reasonable care and skill, in accordance with its Curaçao licence and industry standards applicable to online gambling operations through 2026.
- Fairness of Games: The Operator relies on certified third-party RNGs and testing (including audits referenced on the Website) to ensure that Game outcomes are fair and random, subject to the specific rules and payout structures of each Game.
- Account records: The Operator maintains internal records of all Bets, transactions and Game outcomes. In case of inconsistency between a Player's local copy (e.g., screenshots) and the Operator's records, the latter shall be decisive, subject to technical verification.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No warranty of uninterrupted access: The Website and Games are provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from viruses, cyber-attacks, ISP failures, ACMA blocking orders, or other third-party actions.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for losses arising from:
- your internet connection, hardware, software or device failures;
- telecommunications or power outages; or
- events of Force Majeure. In such cases, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to restore service and, where appropriate, reinstate unresolved Bets or refund stakes for Games demonstrably affected by Operator-side failures.
- Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed:
- the amount of the Bet or stake placed on the Game giving rise to the claim; or
- where no Bet is directly involved, the amount of your net deposits on the Account over the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim; whichever is lower.
- Excluded damages: The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or reputational damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Responsibility for gambling decisions: You acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk. The Operator does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice and is not responsible for any adverse consequences of your gambling or financial decisions.

Ownership
- Website content: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names (including 7Bit Casino and 7Bit Casino), design, text, audio and video materials, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Third-party content: Game titles, provider logos, and related materials are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.
Permitted and Prohibited Use

- User content: If you submit any feedback, suggestions, comments or other content to the Operator, you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Website.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: All personal data collected from you in connection with your use of the Website, including during registration, KYC procedures, deposits and withdrawals, is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy available at https://bet7bit-au.com/privacy-policy.
- Data controller and transfers: Dama N.V. acts as the primary data controller, with Friolion Limited and other service providers acting as processors in certain contexts. Your personal data may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence, including in Curaçao, Cyprus and other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of Australia.
- Consent and rights: By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and understood how your data is collected, used and disclosed. Your specific rights regarding access, correction, deletion and objection are described in the Privacy Policy and will be respected to the extent required by Applicable Law.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in Applicable Law, regulatory guidance, business practices, or technical developments affecting the Website.
- Notification of changes: Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, which may include:
- publishing the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "Effective date"; and/or
- displaying an in-account notification, pop-up or banner; and/or

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the Website, request closure of your Account, and (where permissible) withdraw any remaining real money balance.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate
- Grounds: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or confiscate funds, and/or void Bets or Bonuses, where it reasonably believes that:
- you have breached these Terms or any specific Bonus conditions;
- you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
- you are involved in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, bonus abuse, collusion, or other unlawful conduct;
- you have initiated unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes;
- your gambling poses a serious risk to your health or finances, or you have requested self-exclusion or other responsible gambling measures; or
- the Operator is required to do so by law, a court order, law enforcement, or a regulatory authority (including where ACMA or equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions issue blocking or enforcement directions).
- Consequences: Upon termination or suspension:
- you will cease to have access to the Website and your Account;
- active Bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled; and
- real money funds not derived from prohibited conduct may, where legally permissible and subject to KYC/AML checks, be returned to you via an appropriate payment method.
Player-Initiated Closure and Inactivity
- Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or other available channels on the Website. The Operator may require identity verification before processing such requests and paying out any remaining real money balance.
- Inactivity: If your Account remains inactive for a prolonged period (as defined in the Website's policies), the Operator may:
- classify it as dormant;
- charge reasonable administrative fees; and/or
- close the Account, returning any remaining balance where required or permitted by Applicable Law. Details of any inactivity policy will be published on the Website and updated as needed through 2026.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, your Account, or your use of the Website shall, to the maximum extent permitted, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict of laws rules. This is without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Dispute resolution with the Operator: If you have a complaint, you should first contact the Operator's customer support via live chat or other available channels on the Website, providing full details of the issue. The Operator will endeavour to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- External dispute resolution: If you are not satisfied with the Operator's response, you may have the option to escalate the complaint to:
- an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or third-party complaint platform referenced on the Website (for example, independent review portals); and/or
- the Operator's licensing authority in Curaçao, as described via the licensing/validator seal on the Website. Such avenues are not based in Australia and may not provide the same protections as Australian regulators or tribunals.
- Courts and arbitration: Subject to any applicable ADR arrangements, you agree that any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms may be brought before the competent courts of Curaçao. Nothing in this clause prevents the Operator from bringing proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction or from applying for injunctive or equitable relief.
- Australian regulatory note: You acknowledge that the Operator does not hold an Australian licence under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), and that Australian authorities may take measures (including ISP blocking) against the Website.
